January 5, 2024 marked the celebratory ribbon cutting and first official crossing of the Royersford pedestrian trestle bridge, connecting two counties and bringing another destination amenity to the region.
This 6+ year effort culminated with remarks by Royersford Council President Anil Dham, Ryan Conroy, DCNR Regional Adviser Andrew Gilchrist, State Representative Joe Ciresi, Montgomery County Commissioner Thomas DiBello and Royersford Mayor Alex Metricarti and is a key milestone in the ongoing efforts to revitalize the riverfront community.
