A feasibility study to Save the Trestle connecting Royersford and Spring City Pennsylvania has been commissioned and is well-underway. Campbell, Thomas & Company is hard at work gathering information, finalizing a program agenda and exploring all options to achieve the goal of opening the trestle in 2019.
The trestle will connect Chester County from the Schuylkill River Trail to Montgomery County’s Riverfront at Royersford.
A meeting of the Trestle Steering Committee has been scheduled for April 18th and we are fortunate to have a diverse and motivated group serving on this committee, including representatives from Montgomery and Chester Counties.
